Franklin Alvarez is closing to make way for new adventures!

Bethnal Green is covered in lovely snow and Bev and Jen's collaboration has come to a lovely end. Bev will be transforming the shop (you can still visit her there!) and Jen will be making new drawings (speak to Bev at the shop or email/phone Jen to get in touch). Watch this space for links to what exciting things happen next.

We have had a truly wonderful time and really enjoyed meeting all of you! Thanks for all the great support you've given us and hope to see you soon! :o)

(And a special thanks to Olive and Ning)
Antique book plate with added drawn woolly suit. Part of a series of warm birds. Presented in frames with plaques saying "Thinking of you" or "I love you." See older 'Honeybun' posts to see a sample of a plaque. (The plaques are traffolyte labels, often used as electrical warning signs).
Lucky paper shoes!
Bev's collection of found objects including bunting, doll's clothes, hats and this thoughtfully assembled sewing kit (containing a selection of vintage fabrics). All presented in lovely old gold packets! A treasure trove of goodies!
